Small group executive coaching for female CFOs
Have you felt isolated and stressed?
What would it be like to find a safe space to talk about challenging topics with other women who are walking the same path?
Facilitated by me, Sue Rosen, an executive coach with many years of experience as a CFO.
The CFO Women's Circle was created to bring together women working in senior finance roles so that they can focus on personal and professional growth, through reflection, sharing and coaching, at the same time as building a strong network of smart women.
Read below to hear from women who have been a part of these amazing circles already.
How often do we find ourselves as women in leadership feeling that our male teammates just don't 'get it'?
This often causes us to feel stressed, overwhelmed and isolated.
Our challenges as women and as CFOs aren't as unique as we think, it is often that we simply aren't surrounded by a group of likeminded women who will help us re-think the way we approach things and bring a fresh set of eyes and perspective to the way in which we approach our roles as CFOs.
Research out of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University has demonstrated that a well-developed network with female peers is a critical factor in a female executive's success.
Imagine having a safe space where you can be open and talk about challenging topics with other women who are walking the same path.
This is the power of the CFO Women's Circle.
If you're a female CFO who is sick of feeling isolated with the challenges you face, the CFO Women's Circle will give you a community of likeminded women to bounce ideas off.
If you're seeking to become more influential and create more impact as a finance leader by building your executive presence the CFO Women's Circle will empower you to step up and own your value.
If you'd like to lead with courage and compassion and build courageous and compassionate organisations the CFO Women's Circle will elevate you to the next level of leadership.
If you'd like to find greater clarity on the next stages of your career through understanding yourself better the CFO Women's Circle will help you rediscover the joy and fulfilment in your career.
"The CFO Women’s Circle is a safe space to reflect and grow as a leader, with like-minded female CFOs sharing stories of their own experiences. It has been immensely beneficial as I navigate my way through these uncertain times."
Jo, CFO & Company Secretary
“An anchor which grounds me, fills me and sets me on my way each and every month, I spend the days beforehand telling myself that I don’t have the time, then I turn up and it’s exactly where I need to be….an inspiring group of intelligent and self-aware women who reflect back at me and give me the space to learn and grow, safely guided and challenged by Sue.”
Keti, Partner Professional Services
“Story-telling and sharing problems has made me feel that we all have the same challenges no matter the role. I love the regular me-time for reflections on my own journey, while sharing experiences with others and creating real connections with professionals. It's been so helpful for those nuggets of gold that you take from other’s experiences that can be applied to your own."
Ellen, Head of Commercial Governance
“Empowering, sharing stories, bouncing off ideas, safe space, collaboration & free of judgement community”
Magda, COO / CFO
“The CFO Women's Circle gives me headspace to think about topics I would not have thought about and has given me the confidence to enter that space.”
Chelsie, Senior Director
“Female CFOs are a rare breed- currently only 16% of CFOs in the ASX200 are women (source: 2020 CEW census). So, it's crucial that they have strong support networks in place to facilitate their growth and development. I get an enormous amount out of being part of the CFO Women's Circle (both professionally and socially!) and encourage my fellow CFOs to consider joining this very well run group!”
Francisca, Director of Finance & Administration
